The NWT Construction Association was established in 1976 and in 2012 became the NWT & Nunavut Construction Association (NNCA). The Association brings together all contractors, businesses, persons, and other entities involved and interested in the construction industry throughout the NWT and Nunavut.

Better Business Bureau
Northern Safety Association
Trademarked and endorsed by participating members of the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations (CFCSA), the Northern Safety Association is the only authority having jurisdiction to grant COR (Certificate of Recognition) in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
COR is the highest distinction available to contractors, verifying a fully implemented and effective health and safety program that meets the national standards.

NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines
The NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines has been the voice of the Northern mining and exploration industry since 1967. The Chamber’s primary objective is to encourage, assist and stimulate the prosperous, orderly and environmentally responsible development and growth of mining and mineral exploration in the NWT and Nunavut.
Kasteel exhibits at the Annual Yellowknife Geoscience Form which is a joint initiative of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines and the Government of the Northwest Territories Department of Industry Tourism, and Investment.
Association for Mineral Exploration (AME)
AME is the lead association for the mineral exploration and development industry based in British Columbia. Established in 1912, AME represents, advocates, protects and promotes the interests of thousands of members who are engaged in mineral exploration and development throughout the world.
Kasteel exhibits at the Annual Mineral Exploration Roundup conference in Vancouver which brings together more than 6,500 people to share innovative ideas, generate new connections and create collaborative solutions related to mineral exploration and development. It is a space where mineral explorers, industry professionals and leaders go to network and is a driving force for mineral exploration.
Canadian Urethane Foam Contractors Association (CUFCA)
Kasteel has been an active member with CUFCA since 2013. Our Contractor Licensing and Installer Certification is renewed yearly.
CUFCA is the national association actively promoting spray-applied polyurethane foam, which is considered to be the #1 insulation product. Contractors are required to meet the strict standards of the CUFCA SPF Quality Assurance Program and installers are required to be certified to apply products.
The SPF Quality Assurance Program used by CUFCA has been developed using ISO 9000 principles. The SPF Quality Assurance Program requires the product meet the Underwriters’ Laboratories of Canada (ULC) material standard and the ULC Installation standard (CAN/ULC-S705.1 and S705.2). These National Standards provide the backbone for the Quality Assurance Program for the sprayed polyurethane foam industry.

Conseil de Développement Économique des Territoires du Nord-Ouest (CDETNO) 
CDETNO is a non-profit organization that promotes, stimulates and supports the economic development and employment of Francophones and Francophiles in the Northwest Territories. CDETNO offers business tools and workshops to support English speaking businesses in the recruitment of skilled labour, attraction of investment and networking to develop new business opportunities.
Kasteel has been a member of CDETNO since 2019.
